Top Kitchen Worktops Warranty

At Top Kitchen Works, we take pride in our Quartz slabs, known for their durability and low maintenance. Our Quartz doesn’t require sealing or polishing, and we stand by the quality of our product with a 1-year warranty on stone installation. To ensure the longevity of this warranty, please follow our care and maintenance guidelines available directly from us or your chosen fabricator.

Unique Characteristics

Top Kitchen Worktops Quartz slabs are crafted from natural quartz minerals, giving them unique characteristics such as color and texture variations. It’s important to be aware of these natural traits, which may include minor imperfections, color variations, and texture differences. For the most accurate color selection, we recommend choosing your final color from the full slab you intend to use.

Warranty Activation

Our warranty is valid under specific conditions:

  • Applies only to Quartz slabs purchased from us.
  • Requires approval by our team of experts.
  • The warranty must be activated within 30 days of purchase from manufactures
  • It's non-transferable and only active once the slab has been fully paid for.
  • The warranty applies when the slab is used as intended, without being moved from its original resting place.

Exclusions

Our 1-year limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Flooring applications.
  • Damages caused by dropping heavy objects on the product.
  • Improper use or abuse.
  • Damage from heat, ultraviolet light, or weather conditions.
  • Physical or chemical abuse, including scratches, chips, and cracks.
  • Spots or blemishes inherent in the manufacturing process.
  • Any damage during installation or fabrication by your nominated fabricator.
  • Variations in color, size, shape, and pattern of the natural quartz.
  • Appearance and performance of joints.
  • Damage caused by external factors, job site conditions, design issues, or accidents.
  • Costs beyond the slabs' purchase price, including transportation, tear-out, disposal, re-installation, and additional repairs or modifications.
  • Note: Top Kitchen Worktops will not provide any kind of warranty on stones.

Please be aware that issues related to material irregularities and defects visible at the time of installation are the responsibility of your nominated fabricator and should be addressed with them.
